Role Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team in Greater Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role for professionals who thrive at the intersection of technology and business. In this role, you will take ownership of the complete sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification to deal closure and post-sales engagement.

You will work closely with food manufacturers, OEMs, and channel partners across India, understanding their operational challenges and offering tailored, value-driven solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to expand market presence across India, understanding customer requirements, and delivering customized technical solutions. The role also involves conducting product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training sessions.

The Sales Engineer will build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners while closely monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Collaboration with the marketing team for trade shows, campaigns, and events is also a key aspect of the role. Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, along with providing valuable feedback to the product development team, will be essential for success in this position.

Qualifications : * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) * 2-5 years of experience in capital equipment or food processing equipment sales * Strong understanding of Pan-India industrial and customer landscape * Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets * Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills * Strong technical aptitude with the ability to present complex solutions effectively * High level of ownership, initiative, and willingness to travel extensively Preferred Skills * Exposure to food processing technologies or snack manufacturing lines * Experience in handling large-scale or turnkey equipment projects * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Location: Greater Noida Compensation: Competitive & aligned with industry standards Industry : Machinery Manufacturing Employment Type : Full-time Why Join Us?
