Job Summary Manager / Dy Manager - International Business Sales Support (Electrical Industry) USA / Europe Location: Head Office, New Delhi Experience: 5+ Years (Sales Coordination) Qualification: MBA (Marketing/International Business) or equivalent Employment Type: Full-Time (WFO, 6 Days Working) About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our International Business team. The candidate will be responsible for managing international customer relationships, coordinating export sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between global customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in export sales coordination, handling customers across the USA and Europe in the Electrical Industry.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing overseas clients. Coordinate with customers to understand their product requirements, order specifications, and delivery schedules. Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams including Sales, Production, Planning, Logistics, and Finance.
Handle complete order processing from enquiry to dispatch. Manage day-to-day communication with international customers through email, phone, and virtual meetings. Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), sales contracts, and other export documentation.
Track customer orders and proactively communicate updates regarding production, shipment, and delivery. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly. Prepare sales reports, order status reports, and MIS for management review.
Support the International Sales team in achieving business targets. Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies. Required Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of international business practices and export sales processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong client relationship management abilities. Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Knowledge of export documentation and logistics. Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM systems.
Preferred Experience 5โ8 years of experience in International Sales Coordination or Export Marketing. Experience handling customers from the USA and European markets will be mandatory . Exposure to manufacturing, electrical, cables, wires, EPC, industrial products, or related industries is mandatory.
Experience in B2B international business. Educational Qualification MBA in Marketing / International Business Graduation in Engineering, Commerce, or Management will be an added advantage. Compensation - Max 10-15 Lacs Preference is for Diversity Candidates.
