Role: Sales Engineer – Engineering Services
Location: Bangalore / India
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering + MBA
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background and an MBA to drive business development and sales for our Engineering Services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in engineering services.
Generate leads, build client relationships, and manage the sales pipeline.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable engineering solutions.
Work closely with technical and delivery teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
Conduct client meetings, product/service demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Track opportunities from lead generation through closure.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Required Skills
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with an MBA.
2–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Exposure to Engineering Services Sales is preferred.
Good understanding of mechanical engineering concepts.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions
