Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Marketing team in Ghatkopar. The role involves driving sales for bio-pharma equipment such as bioreactors and fermenters, building strong client relationships, and providing customized technical solutions to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing relationships with existing accounts across the bio-pharma sector.
Technical Demonstrations: Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client site visits to showcase our equipment portfolio. Client Consultation: Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions aligned to their operational and process needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Networking & Events: Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build visibility and expand the client network. Reporting: Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence to management. Candidate Profile Experience: 4โ5 years of sales experience in the bio-pharma or pharmaceutical equipment industry; hands-on familiarity with bioreactors and fermenters is essential.
Technical Skills: Sound technical knowledge of bio-pharma processes and associated equipment systems. Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive, technical sales environment. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
