Frito Lay, a key part of PepsiCo, oversees the production, sales, and distribution of some of America’s favorite snacks including FRITOS®, LAY'S®, DORITOS®, CHEETOS®, and TOSTITOS®. Responsibilities As a Sales District Manager, you will engage in an extensive 9-month onboarding program to develop essential skills.
This includes route-level training to understand our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) network and the sales roles you will manage. Build strong relationships with customers (store management) to effectively implement sales initiatives and programs. Lead meetings focused on strategic planning to meet sales objectives.
Conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions and shadowing experiences with Route Sales Representatives (RSRs) to improve performance and customer service skills. Guide RSRs in achieving sales targets, both baseline and promotional. Analyze statistical data through PepsiCo‑specific applications.
Collaborate with product supply teams to forecast needs and ensure product availability based on promotions and historical data. Prepare and present sales materials to customers as necessary. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Be able to lift up to 40 lbs as needed. Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is $73,600 - $123,150, with actual salaries based on location, qualifications, and experience discussed during the hiring process. Performance‑based bonuses of 15% of annual salary, distributed quarterly.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing frontline employees. Experience in consumer packaged goods and Direct Store Delivery environments.
Proven sales experience. Highly motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Department of Transportation (DOT) certification required. A safe driving record is preferred. Valid driver’s license is necessary.
