About the Role We are searching for a curious self-starter with a genuine interest in people, financial services, and fintech. This hard-working individual has always had a natural bend toward striving for excellence, no matter where they worked, because they’ve always seen themselves as part of something bigger and want the team to win. We are looking for a Director of Sales to own and scale our revenue engine within the RIA and wealth management ecosystem. This is a highly hands-on leadership role and lead closer for someone who thrives in early-stage environments—building sales motion, closing deals personally, and laying the foundation for a scalable sales organization. You will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategy, closing early and mid-market RIA customers, turning wins into a repeatable motion, and building the processes and team that will support rapid growth.

Responsibilities Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer to drive revenue for the RIA and wealth management segment Develop and execute the sales strategy from early traction through scale Personally close deals while building repeatable sales processes Build, hire, and mentor a high-performing sales team over time Establish strong relationships with RIA founders, principals, COOs, and operations leaders Translate advisor pain points, workflows, and compliance considerations into a compelling sales narrative Partner closely with Product and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, pricing, and packaging Build and manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline Identify and develop strategic partnerships across the RIA ecosystem (platforms, custodians, aggregators) Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and RIA forums Qualifications High-energy individuals ONLY. Must have the ambition, drive, and work ethic to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. 7+ years of sales experience, including leadership experience in fintech, wealthtech, or financial services Proven track record selling into RIAs, wealth management firms, or financial advisors Deep understanding of the RIA business model, advisor economics, and buying process Experience building sales motions in early-stage or high-growth startup environments Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals Comfortable operating with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats The company is unable to sponsor a visa. Preferred Skills Existing network within the RIA or wealth management community Experience selling SaaS or workflow tools to financial professionals Familiarity with advisor technology stacks, custodians, or portfolio/accounting platforms Experience taking a product from early adoption to scalable growth Requirements Complete the Predictive Index at the beginning of the process Accept a background check upon offer letter #J-18808-Ljbffr
