Our mission is to build healthier communities through accessible, coach-led cardio and strength training workouts. About the Role This is not a behind-the-scenes management role. As Sales Director , you’ll own the sales floor making calls, converting leads, and coaching a high-performance team. You will be responsible for growing revenue, building community relationships, and driving overall studio success. If you are motivated by commission, you’ll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities Sales and Lead Conversion Make 50+ outbound calls daily to prospective members Convert intro classes into memberships via phone, text, and in-person Follow up with no-shows, cancellations, and warm leads quickly Overcome objections by building value and creating urgency Maintain CRM records and track daily KPIs Membership Retention and Revenue Growth Run member check-ins, milestone celebrations, and accountability calls Monitor and improve intro show rates, conversion rates, and renewals Meet and exceed monthly goals across memberships, retail, and referrals Hire, train, and manage sales associates Lead daily huddles, roleplays, and sales reviews Assign leads, confirm daily targets, and drive accountability Marketing and Community Outreach Plan and execute grassroots marketing efforts weekly Represent STRIDE at pop-ups, events, and in the local business community Build relationships with wellness professionals and influencers Studio Operations and Culture Collaborate with the Head Coach and GM to align on studio goals and execution Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or service industries Proven ability to close sales and exceed performance targets Experience coaching or managing a team is strongly preferred Outbound calling experience and CRM fluency a plus High energy, customer-focused, and goal-driven Must be available to start immediately or within 12 weeks Weekend availability required Why Join STRIDE West End Competitive base salary ($50,000 $60,000) Uncapped commission and performance bonuses (ideal for commission-motivated candidates) Complimentary STRIDE membership Career growth in a fast-growing fitness brand Team-driven, high-performance environment We are hiring now.
