Senior Client Partner – SAP (Retail / CPG | AI‑led Transformation) Role Overview Drive strategic growth of SAP‑led engagements within Retail & CPG accounts, combining SAP transformation + Data/AI + Platform‑led delivery to unlock measurable business value (cost, speed, revenue). Areas of Responsibilities: As a senior member within the Business Development team, you will spearhead strategic growth by forging and sustaining high‑impact client relationships, strengthening engagement across existing accounts, securing new logos, and expanding portfolios across diverse business groups. High focus on customer mapping, business value articulation, and deal support.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning to achieve team goals. Deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure ITCI is embedded in their strategic plans and RFP processes. Drive account mining by identifying growth areas, engaging new stakeholders, and securing new deals.
Active involvement in proposal and SoW creation, ensuring collaboration across pre‑sales, SMEs, delivery, service lines, procurement, and legal. Ensure teams conduct quantitative analysis to recommend win‑pricing, including service line splits and competitive benchmarking, market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities. Analyze client goals, pain points, and transformation agendas to create tailored customer maps.
Identify opportunities for differentiated value delivery and influence client decision‑making. Oversee revenue recognition and account operations, ensuring alignment with client expectations and smooth service delivery. What You Will Own Build deep CXO relationships (CIO, CFO, Supply Chain, Merchandising) Identify and close large, multi‑year transformation deals ($5M–$25M+) Position SAP as a business transformation lever (not just implementation) Drive cross‑sell of Data, AI, Cloud, and Platform capabilities Expand accounts through consumption‑led / outcome‑based models How You Will Differentiate Bring AI‑first, platform‑led POV (automation, SDLC acceleration, cost optimization) Lead with value hypotheses (e.g., inventory reduction, forecast accuracy, cloud cost takeout) Use industry context (Retail / CPG) — demand sensing, supply chain agility, trend‑to‑store acceleration What We Are Looking For 12–18+ years in SAP consulting/services with strong sales ownership Proven track record of growing strategic accounts ($10M+) Experience in S/4HANA + Supply Chain (IBP/EWM) transformations Ability to connect business strategy → SAP roadmap → measurable impact Success Metrics Net Revenue Growth (NRR) & Account Expansion SAP + AI / Data cross‑sell penetration Executive trust & long‑term partnerships Education Qualification: Master’s degree in business administration, Sales Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
