Eastern Point Collective is a restaurant group located in Eastern Market with the unique trio of The Duck & The Peach, La Collina and The Wells, all in one space. We’re looking to build new and innovative ways of operating restaurants to create delicious experiences. Each concept offers its own vibe, menu, and customer base—creating an exciting, fast-paced environment with plenty of variety. Position Overview We’re looking for an adaptable and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The primary focus of this position is to generate revenue through outreach, relationship-building, and repeat business. You will be responsible for identifying new client opportunities, converting leads into bookings, and developing long-term relationships that drive consistent, recurring sales across all three concepts. If you enjoy working in a lively setting and can easily switch between different service styles, this role will suit you well. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities (corporate clients, local organizations, event planners, etc.) Conduct outreach via email, phone, and in-person networking Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, tracking progress from first contact to conversion, working with Event Manager on streamlined communication and transitions Secure catering orders, private event bookings, and large group dining reservations Develop relationships with repeat clients to generate ongoing, recurring business Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless execution of booked events and client expectations Upsell services and tailor offerings across all three concepts Represent the brand at community events, local partnerships, and networking opportunities Maintain CRM to monitor sales performance and client engagement Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or food service Experience in sales, business development, hospitality sales, or account management preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Comfortable with cold outreach and networking Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Experience with CRM TripleSeat is a plus Familiarity with the local market and community is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary plus commission Employee discounts across all concepts Benefits: Extensive PTO Sick Leave 100% Company-covered Medical, Dental, Vision benefits with CareFirst Gold 800 plan Parking Short-term Disability and Life AD&D insurance after one year A fun, energetic, and supportive work environment!
