Sales Director, Engineering Staffing

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL - Hybrid

Our client is seeking a Sales Director, Engineering Staffing to lead a large, established sales team in Palm Beach Gardens. This is a pure leadership role (no individual quota) focused on growing sales performance, and driving net-new account wins plus account expansion.

This team operates a proven playbook—success in this role comes from disciplined execution, strong coaching cadence, and a leader who is proactive and highly engaged with the numbers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & develop a high-performing sales organization
• Lead a team of ~15; coach performance, productivity, and pipeline discipline
• Build future leaders and create a strong internal succession bench
• Drive a consistent operating cadence (training, 1:1s, pipeline reviews, skill coaching)
• Execute growth strategy (net new + expansion)
• Grow a strong book of business
• Identify white space and expansion opportunities; push consultative, long-line selling
• Support a direct-to-client motion within engineering
• Coach to metrics + jump in when needed
• Be highly engaged with forecasting, pipeline health, conversion metrics, and rep ramp
• Join key client calls, lead training meetings, and support deal strategy as needed
• Remove blockers and elevate issues early—proactive, not reactive leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of sales experience; 4+ years of people leadership strongly preferred
• Proven ability to scale and grow an entire team
• Staffing industry experience required (Engineering/IT staffing)
• Comfortable selling to remote customers (limited face-to-face client meetings)
• Analytical, accountable, and energized by performance metrics and execution

Comp: up to $125,000 base + quarterly bonus
