Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Pune (Hybrid โ office visits as required) Experience : 1-2 Years Department: Sales & Business Development Job Summary Smart Analytica India Private Limited is in a phase of rapid global expansion, scaling operations across new international markets and launching cutting-edge AI-driven B2B SaaS and IT solutions in 2026. We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for global prospects, with a strong focus on the US market. This role is critical to building and scaling our outbound sales engine from the ground up.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with high-volume outreach, and is eager to play a visible role in driving international growth. Key Responsibilities Execute multi-channel outbound outreach targeting the US market, including: 100+ cold calls daily Cold emails LinkedIn & social selling WhatsApp outreach Generate qualified leads and book meetings with B2B SaaS / IT decision-makers Manage end-to-end follow-ups for both outbound and inbound leads Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and schedule discovery calls Track daily activity and outcomes (Outreach Volume vs Leads Generated) Handle objections confidently over phone, email, and LinkedIn Build and actively grow a personal LinkedIn presence: Connect with relevant stakeholders Post multiple times a week Write personalized, persuasive outreach messages (not copy-paste templates) Experiment with creative and โout-of-the-boxโ outreach techniques Maintain high productivity, consistency, and discipline without constant supervision Requirements 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / IT lead generation and cold calling Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding outreach, meeting, or pipeline generation targets Prior experience targeting or selling into the US market Strong verbal and written English communication skills Comfortable with high-volume outreach and daily rejection Pune-based candidates willing to work in a hybrid model (office visits as needed, not daily) High emotional intelligence and resilience Strong organizational and time-management skills Tech-savvy and quick to learn CRM, prospecting, and AI sales tool
