Your primary responsibility will be connecting with US-based startup founders, CTOs, and tech leaders and booking qualified discovery calls . This is a high-impact, phone-first role where your success is measured by one thing: meetings booked .

Key Responsibilities Make 50–80 outbound calls daily to US prospects Follow up on warm leads (email-engaged contacts) Deliver concise, compelling pitches to schedule discovery calls Handle objections confidently using structured scripts Book meetings directly on leadership calendars Maintain accurate updates in CRM (HubSpot) Share daily performance metrics and reports ✅ Requirements 1–3 years in SDR / telesales / outbound calling (B2B preferred) Excellent spoken English & communication skills Strong confidence on calls and handling objections Comfortable working night shifts (US market) Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus) Target-driven and self-motivated ➕ Good to Have Experience with US market outreach Exposure to SaaS / IT staffing / tech sales Knowledge of tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly Basic understanding of tech roles or startup ecosystem Apply Now Interested candidates can apply via LinkedIn or share resumes at vivek @ri8solutions.com
