Position Summary:
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to fill a critical role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth business operations. As a vital member of the Sales team, this role is responsible for the initial steps in the sales and customer support process, ensuring efficiency and support for the Sales team. There is no selling and or cold calling in this role.
Key responsibilities:
Activities include, but is not limited to:
- Pre-qualify all inbound sales leads by verifying customer details and the quotes submitted.
- Ensure CRM data is accurately input, maintained, and kept current
- Provide direct operational and administrative support to the sales area
- Respond promptly to general customer enquiries, gather initial required information, and escalation technical or complex sales questions as required
- Enrolling customers in training classes, assist with administrational support for customer support and contract renewal processing
- Work collaboratively with all internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Technical Support) to ensure accurate and streamlined outcomes.
- Understand and follow the company's internal processes.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to meet the requirements of your role

What we are looking for:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role advantageous but not essential
- Have full working rights within Australia
- Must be available to work Monday - Friday in our central Brisbane office, close to public transport
