Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Email Content Writer to join our growing marketing and sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, high- converting email content that engages prospects, nurtures leads, and supports pipeline growth through outbound and lifecycle marketing campaigns. About us CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others.

We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas. What You'll Be Doing: • Write and edit engaging email content for outbound sales campaigns, newsletters, and automated marketing sequences. • Collaborate with business development and sales teams to understand target audiences and tailor messaging accordingly. • Optimize email content for deliverability, engagement, and conversions. • A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and email copy to improve performance. • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all email communications. • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement. What We’re Looking For: • Extremely organized with a strong focus on task completion • Comfortable using online tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards • Quick learner - can adapt to new platforms and workflows easily • High attention to detail - you notice the little things others might miss • Enjoys following clear steps and ensuring process accuracy • Good written communication for basic coordination and reporting Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience: 0-1 yr (multiple roles) • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
