Job description: Sales Execution. Individual Contribution: Personally drive outbound prospecting campaigns and lead qualification for strategic accounts. Act as a SDR on key accounts while mentoring newer/more junior reps through hands-on guidance.
Meet individual KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline. Pipeline Development: Create and generate qualify relevant pipelines for Country Sales follow-up Campaign Oversight: Execution of outbound and inbound SDR workflows, ensuring lead quality and conversion rates are optimized. Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up, event outreach, and persona targeting.
Maintain an active presence in pipeline reviews with regional managers to align SDR goals with sales targets. Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as a key liaison between APAC Acceleronix sales, marketing, and global sales operations. Provide insights from the field to refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), messaging, and content needs.
Ensure seamless handoffs from SDR to Account Executives, with clear qualification criteria. CRM & Sales Operations: Maintain clean and accurate records in CRM (CloudCC or equivalent), including lead status and engagement notes. Deliver regular performance reports, lead conversion metrics, and campaign insights.
Recommend improvements to tech stack and SDR process workflows. Customer Engagement: Escalation Management: Serve as the escalation point for key customers and complex support cases. Foster long-term customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
Collaboration Enablement: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to streamline support handoffs and improve customer journeys. Act as the voice of the customer to influence service improvements and product enhancements. Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Track KPIs and generate insights to drive process improvements.
Establish reporting cadences for internal stakeholders and continuously evaluate performance metrics. Team Leadership (Scalable). Coaching: Recruit, onboard, and manage a growing team of SDRs across APAC.
Define and execute training programs to upskill the team in sales tools, objection handling, and messaging. Monitor and report on team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and recognition to drive excellence. Requirements: 3-4+ years in SDR or BDR roles, including 1โ2 years.
Ideally, has team lead or managerial position. Strong outbound sales track record in B2B tech, SaaS, or IoT industries. Exceptional communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach).
