Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Bengaluru. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting sales operations, coordinating with clients, managing communication between internal teams and stakeholders, and delivering excellent customer service.
The role involves tracking sales activities, managing client inquiries, and ensuring timely execution of orders and projects. Qualifications Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, and Sales skills for managing and supporting sales activities effectively Strong Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and internal teams Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling multiple tasks and deadlines Proficiency in relevant software or tools for managing workflows and documentation Prior experience in corporate merchandising, retail, or related industries is an advantage Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
