Job Description Location: Kharghar,Navi Mumbai Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) sales and operations team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client communication, preparing quotations and tenders, coordinating with inspection teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Client Coordination Handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-ups Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients 2. Tender & Proposal Management Prepare and submit technical and commercial tenders Track tender deadlines and documentation requirements Coordinate with internal teams for necessary inputs 3.

Documentation & Reporting Maintain records of quotations, work orders, and reports Assist in preparation of inspection reports. 4.
