This is not a “sit and wait” retail job, this is a high-opportunity, relationship-driven sales role where your follow-up, confidence, and closing ability directly impact your income.

What You’ll Do Guide customers through the buying journey for hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunges, and saunas Follow up consistently with leads (this is where top performers win) Build trust quickly and recommend solutions that truly fit the customer’s lifestyle Confidently ask for the sale and close same-day deals when the opportunity is there Stay organized with customer communication and pipeline management Create a welcoming, professional showroom experience Who Thrives in This Role Highly motivated by commission and performance-based income Naturally confident, professional, and well put-together Strong at follow-up and relationship building (you don’t let leads go cold) Solution-oriented.
