Annual salary of £29,920 (£31,420 with NAEA Qualification) Plus commission Permanent role Full-time (35 hours) Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays required with a day back in lieu Liverpool city centre office base, hybrid working Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential The role As a Sales Consultant at Redwing, you’ll be a key player in the busy, fast paced sales team. You’ll be responsible for managing a strong pipeline, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and nurturing relationships with both vendors and buyers.

You will need to be confident and articulate, with proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in a fast-paced estate agency. You should have the ability to build trust and rapport quickly, be highly motivated, target-driven and proactive in approach, able to hit the ground running and handle a busy workload with ease. Valuation experience is a bonus, but not essential.
