Sales Consultant

Overview Molton Brown is seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant for our Cribbs Causeway store. This is a part-time opportunity, 22.5 hours per week. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, sharing product knowledge, and representing the brand with a luxury experience.

Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers. Engage customers with a personalized selling approach and guide the customer journey from start to finish. Create sensorial experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations and hand/arm massages.

Assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning, and replenishment. What We Are Looking For / Qualifications Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate confidence and a positive, can-do attitude. High standard of personal grooming and a passion for luxury, with alignment to brand values.

Ability to work well in a team and motivate to achieve store and personal KPIs. Flexibility in working arrangements to meet business requirements.
