Sales Consultant

Job Description Job Description Exterior Home Design is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant / Sales Closer to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners to understand their needs, provide professional recommendations, and present exterior renovation solutions that improve and protect their homes. This position is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, enjoy working with people, and are motivated by performance-based earnings. You will be provided with qualified leads and full training to help you succeed. Previous experience in the home renovation industry is considered an asset, but it is not required. We provide comprehensive product and sales training for the right candidate. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to discuss exterior renovation projects Present solutions for roofing, siding, windows, doors, and other exterior improvements Conduct in-home consultations and prepare project estimates Build trust and strong relationships with potential clients Follow up with prospects and guide them through the decision process Maintain accurate records of consultations and sales activities Work toward and achieve monthly sales targets Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Ability to build rapport and present solutions confidently Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset Experience in home renovation or construction is an asset but not required Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training Reliable transportation is required Compensation Performance-based compensation structure Unlimited commission earning potential Bonuses and incentives for top performance Full training and ongoing support provided Flexible schedule with strong earning potential Company Description Exterior Home Design is an Ontario-based exterior renovation company specializing in roofing, siding, windows, doors, and outdoor living solutions.
