As demand for our courses continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our established Dublin team and help prospective students take the next step towards a new career. About the Role This is a professional consultative sales rolenot customer service. You'll work with warm enquiries from people across Ireland who have already expressed an interest in studying with CNM.

Your role is to understand their goals, guide them through their options, answer questions and help them make an informed decision about their future. We provide the enquiries. You bring the professionalism, energy and sales ability to convert opportunities into enrolments.

What You'll Be Doing Managing a pipeline of warm enquiries from prospective students Conducting telephone and online consultations Building rapport and understanding each person's goals and motivations Recommending suitable courses and explaining career opportunities Following up consistently and professionally throughout the decision-making process Managing your sales pipeline using our CRM system Achieving weekly enrolment and activity targets Taking ownership of your personal performance and results What Success Looks Like Successful members of our team typically: Consistently achieve 35+ student enrolments each week Build strong relationships with prospective students Maintain excellent follow-up discipline Manage their pipeline proactively Consistently exceed activity targets Take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences About You You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people and helping them make important life decisions. You'll also have: A proven track record of success in a target-driven sales environment Excellent telephone, communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational and time management skills A proactive and resilient attitude The ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously High levels of personal accountability and self-motivation Highly Desirable Experience selling to customers within Ireland or a strong understanding of the Irish market Previous experience in education, recruitment, financial services, insurance, telecommunications, retail or other consultative sales environments Why Join CNM?
