This is a rare opportunity to join a stable, fast-growing dealership in Orange County. Compensation: $70,000 - $160,000 yearly Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Handle leads, calls, and appointments (CRM-based workflow) Work with showroom & walk-in customers Present vehicles and run test drives Assist with trade-in appraisals Hand off to finance properly Deliver vehicles and manage customer experience Create daily content (stories, reels, customer deliveries) Qualifications: What We’re Looking For Spanish-speaking (required) Strong communication skills Active on Instagram/TikTok Able to bring your own traffic (on top of dealership leads) Self-driven, competitive Organized (CRM discipline is mandatory) About Company Who We Are We’re a young, ambitious team building a modern dealership from the ground up.
