Sales Consultant - 4 Hours

Location: Sheffield - Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre

The Fragrance Shop are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Sales Consultant to join our team. We are extremely passionate about our products and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of customer service. Our employees are trained to offer the very best expertise and knowledge within the fragrance industry.

As a Sales Consultant at The Fragrance Shop, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
• Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
• Effectively matching the correct fragrance to the customer’s needs
• Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
• Processing transactions at the till point
• Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions
• Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers
