Job Description

Lead a team and innovate sales compensation processes as Ciena's Sales Compensation Manager. Emphasize operational excellence and collaboration while supporting a flexible work environment. This role encompasses managing a globally recognized sales compensation function.

You will own the entire commission process, coach four analysts, and work closely with diverse teams including Sales, Finance, and HR. Your strategic approach will ensure that compensation plans are effective, accurately support growth, and comply with regulations while continuously evolving upon analysis and reporting.
