Looking for an experienced professional with an in-depth knowledge of recruitment lifecycle management, revenue management, business unit management. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Drive business growth by expanding recruitment and RPO service offerings across key industries such as Automotive, Manufacturing, and Engineering. Build and nurture long-term client relationships by managing key accounts and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Focus on account expansion and relationship management, driving increased revenue from existing clients. Manage end-to-end RFP/RFI processes, including requirement analysis, proposal development, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. Lead agreement drafting and contract review processes to ensure seamless deal closure and enhanced client satisfaction.
