We are focused on developing long-term relationships with transportation affiliates, corporate clients, hotels, travel partners, concierge companies, FBOs, event partners, and other strategic B2B accounts.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a commercially focused and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager โ B2B to lead outbound sales activity, develop new business opportunities, and contribute directly to the expansion of WeDriveGlobal's client base.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on B2B sales and business development role focused on generating new business across the UK and US markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospect research, cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach, qualification, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, CRM management, account conversion, and new-account activation.
The role requires a proactive, organised, and commercially minded salesperson who can build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, follow a structured sales process, and convert qualified prospects into active revenue-generating accounts.
Performance-based incentives will be linked to successful acquisition, activation, and development of new affiliate and strategic B2B accounts.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify companies that match WeDriveGlobal's target client profiles.
- Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant prospecting tools.
- Identify relevant decision-makers, buying contacts, and verified business contact information.
- Generate and qualify prospects across key target segments, including:
- Transportation affiliates and chauffeur companies
- Corporate accounts
- Hotels
- Travel agencies and travel management companies
- Concierge businesses
- FBO and aviation-related contacts
- Executive assistants and corporate travel coordinators
- Event, hospitality, and destination management partners
- Prioritise prospects according to commercial potential, location, service requirements, booking volume, and strategic value.
- Maintain accurate and structured prospect databases.
Outbound Sales & Business Development
- Conduct consistent outbound prospecting through:
- Cold calling
- Personalised email outreach
- LinkedIn prospecting and messaging
- Structured follow-up sequences
- Introduce WeDriveGlobal's chauffeur and ground transportation services professionally and effectively.
- Understand whether prospects regularly purchase corporate or ground transportation services.
- Qualify opportunities based on service requirements, locations, potential booking volumes, purchasing behaviour, and business potential.
- Schedule and conduct Zoom or other virtual sales meetings with qualified prospects.
- Build professional relationships with decision-makers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain consistent follow-up activity to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Identify cross-selling and long-term partnership opportunities.
Sales Cycle Management
- Manage the complete sales process from initial prospecting through qualification, proposal, negotiation, conversion, and account activation.
- Understand prospect requirements and position WeDriveGlobal's services appropriately.
- Prepare and communicate commercial proposals, quotations, rate information, and service presentations where required.
- Follow up promptly on proposals, quotations, meetings, and outstanding commercial discussions.
- Address prospect objections and support commercial negotiations.
- Work towards agreed conversion, revenue, and account acquisition targets.
- Coordinate internally where operational, pricing, or service information is required to progress an opportunity.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all prospects and sales opportunities.

Revenue Growth & Account Activation
- Convert qualified prospects into new affiliate and strategic B2B accounts.
- Focus on acquiring accounts with strong potential for recurring and long-term business.
- Support onboarding and activation of newly acquired clients.
- Work towards securing the first booking from newly opened accounts.
- Follow up with new accounts to encourage repeat and second-booking activation.
- Monitor early account activity and identify opportunities to increase booking frequency.
- Contribute directly to company revenue growth and new-business development objectives.
Sales Performance & Reporting
- Work towards agreed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain visibility of sales pipeline, conversion activity, meetings, new accounts, and revenue opportunities.
- Provide regular sales updates and performance reports to management.
- Track key conversion stages from lead generation through to account activation.
- Identify areas where outreach, conversion, or follow-up performance can be improved.
- Recommend improvements to sales processes, scripts, prospecting methods, and CRM workflows.
Team & Process Management
Where applicable, the Sales & Business Development Manager may also be responsible for:
- Supporting and guiding Sales Executives or Business Development Executives.
- Monitoring team prospecting and follow-up activity.
- Ensuring agreed sales processes and CRM standards are followed.
- Reviewing prospect lists, pipelines, and sales activity.
- Helping improve calling scripts, email sequences, and outreach strategies.
- Supporting team members with prospect qualification, meetings, objections, and closing opportunities.

Preferred Experience
- Experience selling to UK and/or US-based clients.
- Experience within transportation, chauffeur services, travel, hospitality, luxury services, aviation, corporate travel, or related sectors.
- Experience working in an international sales environment.
- Familiarity with structured outbound sales workflows.
- Experience building repeatable prospecting and follow-up processes.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring sales staff would be advantageous.
