Due to our expansion in India, we are looking to reinforce our Sales team by incorporating a Sales Assistant based in Mumbai. Your Role Support the Sales team in the Indian market with daily commercial and operational activities Follow up on orders and keep customers informed about order status Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, purchasing, finance, etc.) to ensure timely execution of orders Manage customer requests related to samples, documentation, and product information Handle and prepare documentation such as invoices, packing lists, COAs, and other relevant documents Maintain and update customer data in ERP systems Support new customer onboarding and account setup Handle customer queries and ensure timely and professional responses Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking commercial activity Support the resolution of customer complaints in coordination with the Sales team Your Skills 2–4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or commercial operations Experience in the chemical industry, flavors & fragrances, or related sectors is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field Experience with ERP systems (Navision is a plus) Fluent English (mandatory) Strong organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Would you like to join our team?
