Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can independently drive business development for commercial kitchen equipment and turnkey kitchen projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales within the hospitality or food service industry and possess strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across the hospitality and food service sector.
- Promote and sell commercial kitchen equipment and complete kitchen project solutions.
- Develop business with restaurants, bakeries, hotels, cafés, QSRs, bars, pubs, cloud kitchens, institutions, and hospitality consultants.
- Meet architects, interior designers, kitchen consultants, hotel owners, chefs, franchise operators, and project decision-makers.
- Handle both equipment sales and turnkey commercial kitchen projects.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow up until order closure.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Represent Horeca Studio at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including digital promotions, customer engagement activities, and product demonstrations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in:
- Commercial Kitchen Equipment, Food Service Equipment, Refrigeration, Hospitality Projects, Hotel Supplies, Bakery Equipment, Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project discussions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Existing network within the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and commercial kitchen planning.
- Ability to identify project opportunities from concept to execution.
