IQVIA is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Operations Associate to support a dedicated healthcare client team based in Dublin. This is a dynamic, business-facing role that combines sales support, marketing coordination, commercial administration and office operations. As part of the team, you'll work closely with leadership, sales and marketing colleagues, helping to drive commercial effectiveness, support marketing initiatives and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Dublin office.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Commercial Support

• Provide administrative and operational support to sales and leadership teams.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, dashboards, trackers and customer-facing documentation.
• Support sales planning, pipeline reporting and business performance tracking.
• Assist with proposal preparation, meeting coordination and commercial administration.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and reporting systems.

Marketing & Events Coordination

• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions and internal communications.
• Coordinate marketing materials, promotional activities and stakeholder communications.
• Assist with event planning, logistics and post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective campaign execution and follow-up activities.

Business & Office Operations

• Manage the day-to-day running of the Dublin office, ensuring a professional and efficient working environment.
• Coordinate facilities, suppliers, workplace services and office administration activities.
• Support onboarding, team meetings, town halls and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage purchase orders, goods receipting, supplier queries and monthly accrual processes.
• Support health and safety administration, records management, fleet coordination and other operational processes.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in sales support, marketing support, commercial operations and / or business support role. Previous experience supporting sales teams, marketing teams or customer-facing commercial functions. Strong reporting, presentation preparation and administrative coordination skills.

Experience coordinating events, exhibitions, campaigns or business initiatives. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Experience with purchase orders, procurement or finance administration would be advantageous but is not essential.
