Role Description We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Business Development Expert to join our team in New Delhi in a hybrid capacity.
This full-time role involves identifying growth opportunities, managing client relationships, generating leads, pitching solutions, and closing sales to drive revenue. The role also includes formulating customer engagement strategies, conducting market research, and creating business strategies to position CargoClave as a leader in the global trade management industry. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management Skilled in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning Exceptional Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation abilities Understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, and Global Trade practices Proficiency with CRM tools and sales process optimization Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or relevant field; an MBA is a plus Experience in technology or logistics industries preferred
