Sales Advisor (W/M)

Overview

You will join the iconic Officine Universelle Buly boutique in London as a Sales Associate. You will embody the brand’s French luxury heritage, guiding a discerning international clientele and contributing to an exceptional boutique experience. You will share product knowledge and brand history while building lasting relationships.

This role offers the chance to influence how shoppers perceive French elegance and centuries-old craft in a global setting. You will be an ambassador for the brand, delivering exquisite service that aligns with Buly’s refined universe.

• Advise clients across product categories
• Share knowledge about cosmetics and brand history
• Develop and maintain relationships with clientele
• Personalize products (calligraphy, embossing, engraving, folding)
• Participate in tasks contributing to boutique objectives
• Handle cash transactions, opening/closing cash register
• Maintain boutique at an elevated standard

• Dynamic and cheerful disposition
• First experience in sales (ideally)
• Strong verbal skills and communicative ability
• Curiosity and interest in beauty and Buly 1803
• Enjoys cultivating relationships with clientele
• Additional language skills are a plus
