Role Description The Sales Advisor role at AURA is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Sales Advisor will engage with customers in person, understand their needs, present product and service options, and guide them toward suitable solutions. This role includes managing sales inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and providing accurate information to help customers make informed decisions.
The Sales Advisor will handle follow-ups, maintain detailed records of interactions, and support the achievement of individual and team sales targets. The position also involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in training sessions, and ensuring a positive and professional customer experience at all times.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond promptly, courteously, and professionally to customer needs and concerns.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify opportunities, present solutions, and support closing transactions in line with company goals.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn product information quickly and share knowledge with customers and team members.
- Additional qualifications: prior experience in retail or direct sales, familiarity with CRM tools, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Educational background: a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with basic proficiency in common office software.
