Sales Account Manager - Spain

🇪🇸 We’re hiring: Account Manager Lead Spain – Sales & Influencer Marketing

FameUp is an Eastern European technology startup that has raised over €6 million from venture capital funds and leading investors.

We have built Romania’s largest influencer marketing platform and are already active in Spain, Germany and the US. Now, we are ready to accelerate our growth in Spain — and we’re looking for the person who can lead it.

This is not a traditional Account Manager role.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on professional who can initially act as our Head of Sales and Influencer Marketing in Spain, win marketing agencies and enterprise brands, manage successful campaigns and gradually build a local sales team.

Your mission

• Bring Spanish marketing agencies and enterprise brands to FameUp;
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers;
• Help clients run influencer marketing campaigns with micro-influencers;
• Manage campaigns from strategy and brief to execution and reporting;
• Develop FameUp’s go-to-market strategy for Spain;
• Build the sales process, pipeline and local partnerships;
• Recruit and lead a Spanish sales team as the market grows.

Who we’re looking for

• 3–4+ years of experience within a Spanish marketing, digital or influencer agency;
• A strong network among agencies, brands and marketing decision-makers in Spain;
• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management;
• Solid understanding of influencer marketing and campaign execution;
• Native or fluent Spanish and strong English;
• Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-moving startup;
• Highly ambitious, resourceful and focused on results.
