Account Sales Manager - VIC & SA (Urban Division)

The Role

You'll support our Urban Division across VIC & SA, helping strengthen customer relationships and drive growth in the residential water storage market. Working with builder, plumber and merchant partners, you'll learn how to manage accounts, uncover new opportunities and build strong commercial relationships.

This role is hands-on and fast-paced. You'll receive guidance from the State Sales Manager, but you'll also be expected to take initiative, stay organised and consistently build your capability across the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Managing enquiries and delivering reliable, professional support to uphold Kingspan's service standards
• Account qualification - Assessing market potential and learning how to qualify new and existing accounts
• Sales activity - Supporting appointments, presentations and needs analysis as you build confidence in the sales process.
• Closing opportunities - Developing your ability to build rapport, present product solutions, handle objections and prepare proposals
• Account growth - Introducing new products and solutions to existing customers to expand account value
• Prospecting - Actively hunting for new business across builder and merchant channels through calls, site visits and networking
• Pipeline development - Building a strong pipeline through consistent prospecting and industry engagement
• Territory support - Assisting with territory growth plans to increase market share in VIC & SA

About You

This role suits someone who's driven, eager to learn and ready to put in the work required to progress. You'll need to be organised, proactive and comfortable managing a busy workload while developing your sales capability.

• 1 - 2 years of sales or customer facing experience (building, construction or manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential)
• Interest in the residential building market and willingness to learn builder, plumber and merchant channels
• Comfortable prospecting, cold calling and building new relationships
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with multiple stakeholders
• Good time management and self organisation
• Motivated, target driven and committed to personal development
• Confident presenter or willing to develop presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning CRM systems
• Current unrestricted driver's licence
• Willingness to travel intrastate and interstate as required
