Route Sales and Service Driver

As a Route Sales and Service Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery and pick-up of our environmental products and services, directly contributing to our mission of sustainability and safety. You will engage with customers on daily routes, providing exceptional service and handling products and waste responsibly.

Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up environmental products, waste material, and other supplies to and from various customer locations. Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations, as well as company policies. Perform basic maintenance checks on company vehicles and coordinate more complex maintenance or repairs with the service department.

Maintain accurate records of each pickup and delivery, ensuring all manifests and service orders are completed appropriately. Provide on-the-ground sales and customer service, actively seeking to expand business offerings through upselling relevant services and building strong customer relationships. Ensure proper handling and transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous materials, complying with environmental and safety regulations.

Strong driving skills with the ability to maneuver vehicles adeptly in various situations. Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions. Basic mechanical skills and ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance.

Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to handle hazardous materials safely and knowledgeably. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid commercial driving license (CDL) with a clean driving record.

HAZMAT endorsement preferred or willingness to obtain as a condition of employment. DOT Physical and any other certifications required for handling and transporting hazardous materials.
