Job Description Certified Reach Truck Operator Location: Tolleson, AZ 85353 Pay Rate: $18.50/hour Shift: Thursday-Saturday every other Sunday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Start Date: After offer About the Role We are hiring Certified Reach Truck Operators to support warehouse operations in Tolleson, AZ. Candidates must be fully certified and experienced with reach forklifts. You will be tested on a reach truck during the interview.

What You'll Do Operate a reach forklift safely and efficiently Unload materials and merchandise from incoming trucks and place them in assigned areas Move and stage stock on pallets or crates for storage and shipment Check for product damage, shortages, or quality issues and report them immediately Transport raw materials to production stations Inspect equipment daily, report repair needs, and perform basic maintenance Maintain accurate inventory logs and documentation Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and legal guidelines Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Requirements Valid reach forklift certification (required) Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience Ability to work a 12-hour overnight shift Strong attention to detail and familiarity with warehouse equipment Must be in good physical condition with strong hand-eye coordination Steel toe boots/shoes required Must speak and understand English for safety Onboarding & Compliance Interview style: In-person; candidates will complete a reach-truck skills test Timekeeping: Client timeclock system Background Check: Federal Drug Test: 10-panel I-9 & E-Verify: Required Dress Code: Jeans and t-shirt (no shorts) Conversion Hours: 480 Meet Your Recruiter Samantha Kouns
