ROR Developer

Position: Software Craftsperson – ROR + React Experience: 7+ Years Location: Remote We are looking for an experienced Software Craftsperson with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and React to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be actively involved in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while contributing to design, development, testing, and code reviews. Key Responsibilities: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Design, develop, test, and integrate scalable applications and services Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code Follow engineering best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes Investigate system alerts, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive solutions Create internal tools and documentation to support cross-functional teams Technical Requirements: Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React/JavaScript Experience with TypeScript and Test-Driven Development (TDD) Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles Hands-on experience with Git for version control and team collaboration Additional Skills: Strong problem-solving ability and effective communication skills
