Role Description We’re looking for a Shopify Developer with strong e-commerce experience who can own and evolve our digital storefront while supporting growth across multiple sales channels including Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces. This role goes beyond development—you’ll play a key role in conversion optimization, performance, and revenue growth .
You will work collaboratively with the design and marketing teams to implement innovative solutions and support business growth. This is a full-time, remote role with an opportunity to contribute significantly to our digital presence and customer satisfaction. Shopify Development & Optimization Customize and optimize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Improve site performance (Core Web Vitals, load speed, mobile UX) Build and maintain custom features (bundling logic, checkout flows, upsells, etc.) Manage integrations with apps, APIs, and third-party tools Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Performance Optimize site speed and performance (Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness) Improve product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows to increase conversion rate Implement and support A/B testing and user behavior analysis (e.g., Hotjar, GA) Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and optimize funnels Marketplace & Omnichannel Support Support and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces Ensure consistency of product data, pricing, and content across channels Manage and troubleshoot product feeds (Google Merchant Center, Meta catalogs, etc.) Assist in integrating systems between Shopify and external platforms (marketplaces, 3PLs, etc.) Operations & Troubleshooting Integrate and manage third-party apps, APIs, and services Reduce reliance on unnecessary apps by building custom solutions where appropriate Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and checkout-related problems Ensure site stability, uptime, and a seamless customer experience Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer support teams
