RN - Tucson VA Job Description: Ro Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at a Veterans Home in Arizona. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, therapeutic, and hygienic environment while delivering professional nursing care, treatments, and services according to prescribed standards. Details: 6am-6:30pm or 6pm-6:30am rotating schedule weekends as needed required at least 3 shifts a week Qualifications: at least 6 months of RN experience required but 1 year is preferred Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong understanding of geriatric care and nursing procedures.

Nursing Home experience is a plus! Ability to supervise and train staff in a healthcare setting. Experience with AMS or similar management systems is a plus.

Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care. Key Responsibilities: Assessing residents' health status and developing care plans. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

Supervising LPNs and CNAs, ensuring quality care. Performing wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management. Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' conditions.

Coordinating care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Educating residents and families on health conditions and care plans. Responding to medical emergencies and implementing interventions.

Ensuring compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
