Overview The Rehab and Critical Care Hospital of the Black Hills is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Team Location: Rapid City, South Dakota Bonus: $10K Bonus Opportunity! Shifts: Full Time Days or Nights Available Responsibilities Why You'll Love This Role: • Full-time position - Days or Nights • Work in a specialty LTAC or Acute Rehab setting with medically complex patients • Competitive salary shift differentials • Comprehensive benefits and PTO package • Supportive, mission-driven work culture focused on quality outcomes What You'll Do: Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines What We're Looking For: Active RN license in South Dakota or compact state 1 year of acute care, rehab experience strongly preferred BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
