Education and Experience: - Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent with at least five years of acute care experience if from a non-accredited program. - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or required within five years of hire; enrollment in advanced degree programs is encouraged. - Completion and maintenance of area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, or specialty credentials. Licensure: - Active Registered Nurse license in accordance with regional nursing board requirements.
