Position Title: RN (General, Dialysis, Mental Health) Job Location: Toledo, OH Job Type: Contract Duration: 6 months Shifts: 2:00pm-12:00am Must Have: BLS (AHA) and Oh state license Responsibilities: • Patient Care : Monitoring patient health, administering medications, and providing treatments as prescribed. • Assessment : Conducting patient assessments, including vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status. • Documentation : Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting all care provided. • Communication : Collaborating with healthcare team members, patients, and families to ensure effective care delivery. • Education : Educating patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care practices. • Advocacy : Advocating for patients' rights and ensuring their needs are met within the healthcare system. • Critical Thinking : Using critical thinking skills to assess situations and make informed decisions about patient care. • Safety : Ensuring patient safety through infection control measures, medication safety, and fall prevention. Education & Experience Requirements: • 1 Years of Experience - Required • BLS Must be AHA - Required
