Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD) A little about us: Secure Care UK is one of the country’s leaders of specialist patient transport for the NHS and wider healthcare sectors across the UK, nationwide. The team are responsible for the safe transportation, care, support and management of service users/patients diagnosed with mental health conditions when transporting them from one destination to another and who may display challenging behaviour. For the right individuals we will provide you with a comprehensive Induction Programme where full training will be provided. Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee the co-ordination, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual patient programs of care with a focus on risk assessment / management strategies, ensuring that the requirements of the Care Program Approach are met in a timely manner Work closely with Mental Health Transport Assistants to safely transport and care for patients Monitor any ill health indicators of patients during transportation Report patient observations to NHS Partners Support empowerment of patients, having regard for their dignity rights whilst maintaining professional responsibility for individuals in our care Review and ensure correct section papers are in place for patients in our care Experience & Skills: Both newly Qualified or Experienced RMN/RNLD Experience working with a Mental Health client gro...
