Risk Analyst

Title: Risk Analyst Location: Toronto, ON Duration: 12 Months Job Role: Seeking a Risk Analyst with experience supporting Supplier Management, Procurement, or Third-Party Risk teams. The role focuses on content governance, digital communications, project coordination, and maintaining enterprise-facing risk management content and collaboration platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize online risk management content, SharePoint sites, web tools, and communication platforms Support strategic communications, newsletters, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement Collaborate with Risk, Procurement, Brand, and Digital teams on governance initiatives Maintain content accuracy, documentation, workflows, and reporting dashboards Utilize tools such as SharePoint, AI tools, Tableau/Power BI, RSA Archer, Ariba, and Ivalua Must Have: 3+ years in communications, content management, or digital collaboration tools Experience supporting Supplier Risk, Procurement, or Risk Management teams Experience with SharePoint, web content tools, and AI platforms Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field “We use AI in our Hiring process” Mindlance is an equal opportunity employer.
