Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management within healthcare environments in the state of California Experience with healthcare billing and revenue recognition Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel and large ERP systems What you’ll do: Manage accounts receivable, including billing, payment posting, and reconciliations across multiple payors Analyze denials, underpayments, and reimbursement trends; recommend corrective actions Partner with internal teams on revenue recognition, adjustments, and write-offs Build and maintain reporting and dashboards while supporting automation and process improvement initiatives Why work here: Impact: Play a critical role in revenue operations during a period of organizational growth Visibility: Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams Growth: Opportunity to grow with an organization investing in infrastructure and analytics Culture: Supportive, energetic environment with low micromanagement and strong collaboration What does this position pay?
