Position Overview We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager – Revenue Assurance to oversee revenue integrity, billing accuracy, reconciliation processes, and revenue leakage prevention across Broadband, Enterprise, IPTV, and ICT business verticals.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maximizing revenue realization, improving operational controls, and ensuring end-to-end revenue assurance across the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Assurance & Billing Management Monitor and analyze revenue streams to ensure accurate revenue realization. Identify and eliminate revenue leakages across sales, provisioning, billing, and collections.

Review billing processes and ensure accurate plan mapping, service activation, and invoicing. Validate revenue recognition processes and billing compliance. Reconciliation & Audit Perform reconciliation between CRM, Billing, Finance, ERP, and Network Management Systems.

Conduct periodic audits to identify discrepancies and operational gaps. Ensure accuracy of customer accounts, service records, and billing data. Monitor compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain Revenue Assurance dashboards and MIS reports. Analyze trends, customer data, and revenue performance metrics. Generate actionable insights for management to improve revenue efficiency.

Track KPIs related to billing accuracy, revenue leakage, collections, and operational performance. Process Improvement Identify process inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, Technical, and NOC teams to improve controls.

Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual interventions and enhance accuracy. Implement best practices in revenue assurance and telecom billing operations. Required Skills & Competencies Revenue Assurance Management Telecom / ISP Billing Operations Revenue Leakage Detection & Prevention Billing Verification & Validation Reconciliation & Audit Processes Advanced Microsoft Excel MIS Reporting & Data Analysis SQL & Database Querying (Preferred) CRM, ERP & Billing Platforms Financial Controls & Compliance Process Improvement & Automation Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Preferred Industry Experience Candidates from the following industries will be preferred: Internet Service Provider (ISP) Telecom Broadband Services ICT & Managed Services Data Center & Enterprise Connectivity Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, IT, or related field.

MBA / Finance / Telecom Management certification will be an added advantage.
