Revenue Analyst

Job Description A leading cruise line, Princess seeks an Analyst, Revenue based in our Doral office. You will support commercial strategy by securing, analyzing, and interpreting data that drives revenue decision‑making, maintaining the analytical foundation of Revenue Performance (destination fill plans, market/destination insights, offers, promotions, etc.). Responsibilities Maintain and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor revenue performance.

Analyze booking trends, pacing, and demand patterns to inform pricing and promotional strategies. Support development and maintenance of Destination Fill Plans, including weekly performance tracking. Conduct market, destination, and offer analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, boosts, and limited‑time offers.

Partner with Revenue Management, Sales, and Commercial teams to provide data‑driven insights and recommendations. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytical outputs. Monitor fill plan performance and recommend adjustments to pricing, promotions, or inventory availability.

Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered). 1–3 years of experience in analytics, revenue management, commercial strategy, finance, or a similar quantitative role. Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other analytical tools for data extraction and transformation (basic competency acceptable; willingness to learn essential). Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.

Curiosity/experience with AI tools. Experience working with large data sets and performing quantitative analysis in business, finance, revenue management, or commercial analytics. Hands‑on experience building and maintaining dashboards or reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Demonstrated ability to analyze trends, pacing, and performance metrics to support pricing, forecasting, or revenue optimization decisions. Experience conducting market, product, or promotional performance analysis and translating findings into actionable insights. Familiarity with data extraction and manipulation using Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools.

Prior experience supporting cross‑functional teams with data‑driven recommendations. Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with recurring reporting cycles and shifting priorities. Proven ability to ensure data accuracy, validate inputs, and maintain high standards of data integrity.
