Working with an extensive collection of fine jewellery, diamonds and luxury timepieces, you\'ll create memorable shopping experiences while building genuine relationships with your customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a premium retail environment.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery, watches and gifts for life\'s special occasions.
• Build long-term customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Support stock control and day-to-day store operations.
• Be part of a collaborative and supportive team.

About You

• Previous experience in jewellery, luxury retail or a customer-focused sales environment.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A polished, professional presentation.
• Motivated to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Flexible to work weekends and retail trading hours.
