We are hiring a Fulltime Manager for our Client: Azure Lounge is looking for a hands-on, high-energy General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our upscale lounge and restaurant. This person will be responsible for making sure the business runs smoothly, the team is well-managed, the guests have an amazing experience, and the lounge stays profitable, polished, and consistent. We need someone who can lead a team, solve problems quickly, keep service standards high, manage the floor, and help us grow the brand .
This is not a sit-back office role, we need a true leader who can manage people, operations, customer experience, and revenue all at once. Operations & Leadership Oversee all daily operations of Azure Lounge Manage front-of-house and overall guest flow Ensure the lounge opens and closes properly each day Maintain a clean, organized, high-end atmosphere at all times Create and enforce systems, policies, and standard operating procedures Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally during service Team Management Hire, train, schedule, and lead staff Manage servers, hosts, bartenders, support staff, and floor leads Hold team members accountable for performance, punctuality, professionalism, and service standards Conduct regular staff meetings and trainings Build a strong team culture with high energy and high expectations Coach team members to improve guest service and upselling Guest Experience Ensure every guest has a smooth, memorable, and elevated experience Address guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery in a professional way Monitor reservations, table flow, seating, and customer satisfaction Help create a lounge experience people want to return to and talk about Financial & Business Performance Track daily sales, labor, and operating performance Help increase revenue through strong floor management, upselling, and customer retention Monitor comps, voids, discounts, and cash handling procedures Assist ownership with improving profitability and operational efficiency Review staffing based on business needs and traffic Events & Brand Execution Oversee lounge nights, brunches, special events, and private bookings Coordinate with vendors, DJs, hosts, and event partners when needed Ensure events are staffed properly and executed at a high level Work alongside ownership/marketing team to support promotions and guest traffic Qualifications 3+ years of management experience in a restaurant, lounge, nightlife, or hospitality environment Strong leadership and team management skills Experience managing a high-volume guest experience Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills Ability to lead under pressure in a fast-paced environment Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented Experience with scheduling, staff management, and daily operations Must be able to work nights, weekends, brunches, and special events Ideal Candidate You are: A natural leader Professional but personable Strong with both people and operations Great at holding a team accountable Passionate about hospitality and creating an unforgettable guest experience Able to bring structure, consistency, and energy to the business What Success Looks Like in This Role Stronger service and smoother operations Better team accountability and professionalism Increased guest satisfaction and repeat customers Well-executed events and busy nights A cleaner, more organized, more profitable business
